This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. Host was great! Very accommodating and helpful! House was perfect, great location, clean, comfortable, and updated. Had everything you could need. Quiet street close to great food, coffee, and the beach. Pool and walking trails right next to the house. Couldn't ask for more!

I cannot say enough good things about this host and this beautiful home. I love that it was spacious and clean. The host was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions...Mimmos Italian is amazing. The beach is very close. We love the Gulf here. You cannot ask for cleaner, clear water! The beds were extremely comfy. Quiet area yet close to walking and bike paths. There it's a nice little walking, dog path too right by the house that gets a lot of shade. when I sat outside, I could hear the water from the ocean coming in and I could hear all the birds chirping, drinking coffee in the morning. The host it's considerate.They knew I was arriving late, and they made sure that the lights were on for me. We already booked again in September. Very responsive. You can be confident in running a home from Ali! The separate ice maker came in handy as well, and there is a fenced in area in the back that was very nice. Thank you all.
