Booking your stay confirms your agreement to these terms: ☼ Rental agreement must be signed before check-in ☼ No smoking of any kind inside the home or on balconies/outdoor areas ☼ No pets ☼ No parties or events without prior written approval ☼ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM ☼ Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times ☼ Guest count must be disclosed accurately at the time of booking ☼ Parking rules must be followed; improperly parked vehicles may be towed, booted, or fined ☼ No personal items may be hung over balconies, railings, or outdoor structures ☼ Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, eviction without refund, and/or forfeiture of the security deposit (if applicable).
