COMING IN 2027 — INTRODUCING THE HIDEAWAY!

We're excited to announce that The Hideaway House will soon have a charming new neighbor! Beginning in 2027, a separate carriage house called The Casita will be available toward the front of the property, complete with its own private hot tub and golf cart!

Together, these two retreats will be known as The Hideaway on 30A, giving guests the flexibility to rent The Hideaway House, The Casita, or BOTH for larger groups and family gatherings!

Each home will offer its own accommodations and amenities, making this the perfect setup for families and friends who want to vacation together while still enjoying their own space.

Starter Essentials

30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to help kick off your vacation!

☼ Full Bathrooms: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, and 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners for bathroom and kitchen trash bins

For longer stays, you may want to bring or purchase additional supplies. We're always happy to recommend nearby grocery and convenience stores!

Important Things to Know

☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. Only the guest who booked the reservation needs to sign.

☼ Guests ages 18–24 traveling without anyone age 25 or older will be required to pay an additional security deposit.

☼ A golf cart agreement must be signed before we can provide the golf cart key code. A link to this agreement will be included in your check-in message.

☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet!
