The third-floor AC didn’t work, so only one upstairs bedroom was comfortably usable because of a loud window unit. We purchased a fan to make the other room comfortable. The pool was broken our entire stay, which was a major reason we booked this property. An alternate pool was offered, but it was 30 minutes away and we were given the wrong gate code. We were also told there wasn’t a pack and play, paid to fly with ours, then found one at the house. The listing also mentioned a kettle that wasn’t there, and the back deck fan couldn’t be used because the remote was missing.
