The home of Chillaxinon30A offers an exclusive coastal community of upscale homes bordering Camp Helen State Park and overlooking Lake Powell. Spanning over 30 acres, this homesite in Grande Pointe has been integrated into the natural environment, keeping much of the native foliage and large trees. The coastal cottage architecture makes every home look as though it belongs.

The result is a charming and private waterfront village in a lush, natural setting. The lakefront pavilion makes the perfect backdrop for "chillaxin" by the pool, accessing nature paths leading to Lake Powell, and the community dock. Walk or drive to the beach. The tourist attractions of PCB, the Rosemary area, and even the Seaside area are minutes away.

Grande Pointe is the jewel of Inlet Beach. Less than 2 miles from Rosemary, 1.2 miles from 30A Avenue, and 0.6 miles from public beach access. What more could you ask for?

Many restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The new pedestrian tunnel on 30A makes it easy to cross under the 30A highway. Beach access is .4 miles from the home at Chillaxinon30A. Feel free to bike, ride or walk to your locations.

☼ Do not send mail or packages to the property. The home does not have an accessible mailbox key, and USPS/Amazon deliver to a locked mailbox. We cannot guarantee that you will receive any items sent here. For deliveries, please use nearby UPS pickup locations or alternative delivery services.
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet!
